(1) HC SR04 Module
The core of the HC-SR04 module are two ultrasonic sensors. One acts as a transmitter. It converts electrical signals into 40 KHz ultrasonic pulses. The receiver listens for the transmitted pulses. If they are received, it generates an output pulse. Its width can determine how far the pulse travels.
This ultrasonic range finder is small in size. It's easy to use in any robotics project. And provides excellent non-contact range detection between 2 cm and 400 cm. The accuracy is 3mm. Blind zone is small — 2cm. It operates at 5 volts. So we can connect it directly to Arduino or any other 5V microcontrollers.

(2) JSN SR04T Ultrasonic Range Finder
This ultrasonic sensor module is also 40khz. Its structure is different from hc sr04 module. It is not split type sensor. Module includes integrated ultrasonic transceiver and control circuit. It is waterproof and has stable performance.
The JSN SR04T provides non-contact distance sensing from 20cm-600cm. Ranging accuracy is as high as ±1mm. Its detection range is bigger than the above HC SR04 sensor.

The US 100 module looks a lot like the HC SR04. Besides, its frequency is also 40KHz. This ultrasonic range finder has a distance of 2cm~450cm. It has a wide voltage input range of 2.4~5.5V. The static power consumption is less than 2mA.
There is built-in temperature compensation function. Therefore, it can correct the distance measurement results. In addition, this module also has multiple communication methods such as GPI0 and serial port. It works stably and reliably.
